Put simply, when we refurbish a kitchen, much of the original carcass remains in place… we can then build your kitchen around this original carcass, reducing the amount of waste being removed as well as reducing the amount of timber requried to re-build the kitchen. This also means that we can save you money (as fewer materials are needed) as well as saving the planet; one kitchen at a time.
We work closely with our waste disposal partners to send as little to landfill as possible. We recycle up to 95% of all waste generated in the process of refurbishing kitchens.
If sustainability is important to you, then kitchen refurbishments should be right up your alley! Refurbishing a kitchen generates far less waste than installing a brand new kitchen. There are two further added bonuses:
i) kitchen refurbishments are generally a far more cost-effective method of jazzing your property up, when compared to installing a brand-new kitchen.
