FAQs

Kitchen refurbishment involves upgrading and refreshing your existing kitchen by replacing the doors and worktops, giving it a new and improved look without the need for a complete renovation. We use the existing carcass which avoids the need to rip out the whole kitchen.

Kitchen refurbishment offers a cost-effective solution to revamp your kitchen without the hassle and expense of a full renovation. It allows you to achieve a new aesthetic and feel without the need for extensive construction work. And with so much choice available, you get the best of both worlds – a quality kitchen that looks and feels completely new at a budget you can afford.

Yes, in most cases, kitchen refurbishment allows you to keep your existing layout intact. We work with your current kitchen structure and replace the doors and worktops to create a fresh and updated look. As part of the process we will come and visit your current kitchen before we offer you the final quotation.

We offer a wide range of kitchen doors in various styles, materials, and finishes. Whether you prefer modern, traditional, or contemporary designs, we have options to suit your taste and existing kitchen style.  There is a wide range of choice, (vinyl/foil wrapped, acrylic faced, solid timber, flat panel mfc..) but our job is to make that choice easy for you, which is why we offer a fully bespoke service. You can find out more about our kitchen doors here.

We don’t paint doors as we find that spraying can result in chips and the requirement for frequent respraying in subsequent years (not to mention the disruption of doing this onsite).

We use trusted suppliers for vinyl wrapping who use the latest technologies and designs here in the UK. Once you are happy with the design, we order your bespoke doors to be made to your exact specification and we return with them ready to fit. ( Wrapping onsite can never be carried out in a completely sterile environment so there is always the risk of old adhesive or contaminants affecting the longevity of wrap).

Our kitchen doors are crafted here in the UK using the latest high tech approaches. The majority of doors that make up kitchen in the UK,and which we supply, are either solid wood or the marketing-leading vinyl wrapped door. These vinyl wrapped doors have a base material (typically MDF) which then has a sheet of vinyl expertly pressed and finished using the latest vacuum technologies.  This offers you endless choice in colour, texture and finishes and the material used offers its unique advantages in terms of durability, aesthetics, and affordability. You can find out more about our kitchen doors here.

Our worktops are offered in a choice of three extensive ranges: solid wood worktops, composite quartz worktops  and laminate worktops. You can find out more about our worktops here

Vinyl wrapped doors are kitchen cabinet doors that are made with a base material (typically MDF or similar) and then covered with a vinyl film or laminate. This film provides a decorative and protective layer on the surface of the door.

Vinyl wrapped doors offer several advantages. They come in a wide range of colours, patterns, and finishes, allowing for versatile design options. They are also generally more affordable compared to solid wood or painted doors. Vinyl wrapped doors are easy to clean, resistant to moisture and stains, and tend to have good durability, making them suitable for kitchens and other high-traffic areas.
